Refund policy
At J's Expert Automotive Service, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your vehicle maintenance log book to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your log book must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unused, unwritten in, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately at support@jsexpertautomotive.com if the log book is misprinted, damaged during transit, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right immediately.
5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards or custom/personalized orders.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for a new item.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same unused condition, in its original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase.
8. Refunds Process
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned log book to let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your funds, please contact us right away at support@jsexpertautomotive.com.
