Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at J's Expert Automotive Service. We work hard to ensure your vehicle maintenance log book is packaged securely and delivered to you as quickly as possible.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer flat-rate shipping options to ensure simplicity at checkout. Estimated delivery times depend entirely on your location and selection:

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volumes, inclement weather, or holiday backlogs. All transit times are estimates provided by our shipping partners.
3. Domestic Delivery Areas
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has left our facility. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours of generation. You can monitor your log book's journey directly through the carrier's website.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
J's Expert Automotive Service is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order during or after shipping. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages and Lost Packages
If you receive your order and the log book is visibly damaged, or if your tracking status shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact our support team immediately at support@jsexpertautomotive.com.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as we will require photos to evaluate the issue and arrange a complimentary replacement for you.
7. Missing or Incorrect Orders
If you entered an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please email us immediately. Once an item has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we are unable to modify the delivery address or cancel the shipment.
